Mixed Ability Pilates (babies & children welcome)
A mixed ability Pilates class for all bodies, experience and levels of fitness.
This class incorporates controlled resistance exercises while strengthening the core (that’s the abdominals, back and pelvic floor), toning the body, easing aches and pains and just generally making us stronger and fitter for our everyday life.
An ideal all round class for those wishing to strengthen and nurture their bodies.
Babies/little ones are very welcome to come along.
Suited to those that have just begun Pilates, however, we strongly recommend that if you’re up to 6 months postpartum or have any specific postnatal concerns that you complete Introduction to Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates classes with Kelly first.
With Kelly Woodyatt: Wednesdays, 09.30am – 10.25am
This class runs in rolling 6-week blocks, however, you can continue to attend as long as you would like to. Pick the date you’d like to start your 6-week block to book the series of sessions.
