This beautiful white gift box includes a head block and resistant band accompanied by a number of exercises to follow on a regular basis.
You can choose to add a gift voucher to your box for any block of Pilates classes.

Please allow up to two weeks for your gift to arrive with you from purchase as each box is put together and hand-packed. If ordering for Christmas last orders by 11th December for local delivery to SS9 or SS0 postcodes or pick up from DILAM HQ on 22nd December.
