I definitely felt this way sometimes and have this same story from countless clients and followers… 😕

Little do you know, there might be a mom next door who feels exactly the same!

Try to find ways for your partner to pitch in- I know for me it was soooo helpful when my hubby would do the nighttime diaper changes after nursing (I could nurse half asleep, but if I had to change a diaper it was really hard to fall back asleep, whereas he was able to get up, do it, and go right back to sleep) or bring something I needed to me if I was already in bed…

Also- FIND MOM FRIENDS!!! It’s a game changer and makes the journey far less lonely! 💗

One minute you're full of happiness and contentmen

One minute you're full of happiness and contentment and the next you wonder what the hell you're doing, you feel sad, lonely and resentful and feel you can't cope.

THIS IS PARENTHOOD.

The rollercoaster of emotion, of happiness, of anger, of being proud of them and proud of yourself. Feeling you're failing and feeling you're #winning. Of resentment and anger then, full of love of being a parent and then full of disillusion. Feeling it's all too much but then feeling it's not enough.

This is all completely normal.
We become parents in a single moment. Nothing prepares us for it and there isn't a manual. Advice and info are conflicting and can go to two extremes. We feel like everyone else seems to have it together and it's a lonely place.
No wonder it's a rollercoaster of emotion!

Please know you're not alone. Don't struggle alone.

From 10am to midday we'll be in the park. Pop in and grab a takeaway drink at 9:30am & then from midday we're back in HQ for lunch.
