You grow humans – let’s not underestimate this. Each time you do it, it’s a major life event. One that can leave you transformed like woo! or like waaaah! We are here to educate you about your brilliant body and how NOT TO sabotage it, and the somewhat shoddy system , and how to beat it.

What system? we hear you ask.

The whole thing – from your lifetime conditioning about your body and birth, to the state of modern maternity care. We could not care less about how you choose to birth – all of the intervention and pain relief, or none of it. You may opt in for a little help, or a lot. We believe in informed and supported choices. we believe in you.
