A chance to chat with other mums over tea and breakfast – think an assortment of Bircher muesli, croissants, toast with accompaniments, and fresh fruit – something different each week! All of this served up with a different topic to inform and empower you during pregnancy and labour, focussed breathing techniques and followed up with a long guided relaxation.

Relax like a mother - pregnancy

Every 4-6 weeks in Upminster

Spend a whole morning indulging in pregnancy bliss. This class is designed to help you feel calm, at ease and utterly relaxed.

We’ll spend a bit of time getting to know each other and sharing our pregnancy journeys so far. Once everyone is settled in, I’ll lead a discussion on fears and worries about birth and early motherhood. I’ll dispel common myths, share results from research studies, help you to understand how your body works to birth a baby- anything you need to help you on your way to a positive birth and a positive start to motherhood. Then it’ll be time to head to the extra-squashy yoga mats, pillows and blankets where I’ll teach you some wonderful hypnobirthing techniques..
