Strength, especially in those early days of parenthood is helpful in so many ways for lifting, carrying, feeding and it’s helpful when lying in strange positions so we don’t wake our little ones.

One perfect way to gain strength during pregnancy and regain it afterwards is with Pilates.

PILATES is THE exercise that will take you through pregnancy and beyond providing you with everything you need to be ready for birth and stay strong.

Pregnancy Pilates with relaxation is great for connecting with your body, giving it the love and care it needs through pregnancy whilst preparing for labour and parenthood (plus speeding up your postnatal recovery).

Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates helps you to reconnect with your body and aid your recovery while we focus on improving posture, muscle tone, abdominal and pelvic floor strength.

Mixed Ability Pilates classes are an all round class for those wishing to strengthen and nurture thier bodies.
