Between us, Kelly and I bring years of experience supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and the long arc of parenthood. We understand bodies that are changing, recovering, and carrying more than just physical load.

We don’t believe in pushing through, performing, or ignoring what your body is telling you. Our approach is grounded, responsive, and rooted in real life – supporting strength, confidence, and trust in your body at every stage.

This is movement led with care, clarity, and respect.

KELLY

Kelly brings a calm, supportive presence to every class, with a strong focus on safety, adaptability, and meeting people where they are.

She has extensive experience working with pregnant and postnatal bodies, and understands the nuances of movement during periods of change and recovery.

Kelly’s teaching style is thoughtful and reassuring, creating a space where parents can build strength and confidence at their own pace without comparison or judgement.

Charli leads Do It Like A Mother and brings a deeply considered, parent-centred approach to Pilates and movement.
