 Strength in pregnancy can lay the foundations for the birth you want and help with recovery.  

Strength, especially in the early days of parenthood is helpful in so many ways with lifting, carrying, feeding and lying in strange positions so we don’t wake our little ones.

One perfect way to gain strength during pregnancy and regain it afterwards is with Pilates.

Pregnancy Pilates is great for connecting with your body, giving it the love and care it needs through pregnancy whilst preparing for labour and parenthood (plus speeding up your postnatal recovery).

Postnatal Pilates helps you to reconnect with your body and aid your recovery while we focus on improving posture, muscle tone, abdominal and pelvic floor strength.

Mixed Ability Pilates classes keep you toned with a strong core and great breathing techniques.
