How we parent – how we work – how we talk to ourselves, our children, our loved ones – all of it has the capacity to be completely reshaped.
And it all happens through something as simple as paying attention to our breath (and a process called neuroplasticity – read my blog post on that here)
Hi, my name is Natalie
I’ve been mediating and practicing mindfulness for 10+ years. I’m super passionate about the life altering affects of meditation and mindfulness can have on your life – because I teach from experience; having managed serve depression and anxiety since my late teens I know what stress does to the body and mind but I also know how to counteract that and I can teach you.
My classes, courses and content are a combination of what I’ve studied in MBSR (mindful based stress reduction), tried and tested methods from my own personal experience with many forms of mindfulness & meditation (ranging from MBCT Mindful based cognitive therapy, to Buddhism and beyond) and my keen interest in the latest research around the mind – body relationship.
