SLEEP ISN’T JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO OUR KIDS
As parents when we talk about sleep it usually revolves around our children. It’s a huge topic and how well our children are sleeping or not sleeping can end up being the focus of EVERYTHING.
But what about us? Our sleep matters too. How do our own habits effect our sleep? How can be make sure we can sleep or get good sleep in the shorter time we have to sleep when we have kids? How do our habits influence our children’s sleep?
Sleep can make us calmer, better able to make good decisions, deal with our children with more patience or anything that is going on around us and generally juggle everything.
SLEEP REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
I’m not going to tell you about all the things you shouldn’t be doing when it comes to getting better sleep – we all know about sleep hygiene, not to use our phones before bed (or is this really a thing?) and blah blah blah
I’m here to EMPOWER you with information and small tweaks to your day that make a BIG difference to how you sleep.
