Mum & Baby Yoga

Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c section. We do yoga for baby, then some specific postnatal yoga for mum to help rebuild the core muscles after pregnancy working on the BAPs (back, abs, pelvic floor muscles), some fun mum and baby moves together and then some relaxation for you both. We end with tea and biscuits so you get some time to chat with the other mummies in the group. Both mum and baby also receive a beautiful gift to keep and also access to an additional Zoom class each week.
Classes are booked in 6 week blocks and cost £66.
