Release & Re-energise, an evening of Restoration & Meditation

We invite you to join us to sit in circle at our popular release and re-energise event for WOMEN.
This workshop is open to any women looking to invest in some Soulful “Me” time and a heartfelt connection. We offer an evening of healing release in a safe nurturing environment and an opportunity for powerful energising and rebalance.
The evening will be centered around the coming together of female energies for guided meditations, healing sound vibrations and much more.
There is something truly unique and uplifting about women coming together to support each other, with a bit of girl power!!

We will be following Covid guidelines so numbers will be limited.
