Pregnancy Pilates with relaxation
Our Pregnancy Pilates class in Essex focusses on preparing the body for the journey ahead; pregnancy, labour and motherhood.
The classes incorporate conditioning of the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, mobility work to ease aches and pains, stretching and strengthening of muscles to assist posture and breathing techniques. The classes are even suitable for those with Pelvic Girdle Pain/Symphysis Pubis Disorder and can really help to alleviate some of the discomfort.
The class ends with pregnancy relaxation so you can go home feeling rested and connected with your baby.
