

MUM & BABY POSTNATAL PILATES
This Postnatal Pilates class provides new mums with a toolkit of various tips to aid them in everyday tasks such as protecting your back when picking baby up.
Each week, there is a different focus point that is relevant to your postnatal body and how to improve your posture and the pelvic floor. Don’t just come along to Pilates once a week and then leave it there until the next week – everything you do in the class links to what we do every day which helps to continue your progress and help our body heal. Bring your baby too!
This class runs in rolling 6-week blocks, however, you can continue to attend as long as you would like to. Pick the date you’d like to start your 6-week block to book the series of sessions.
