Yoga for kids aged 2-4!
Through stories, songs and games, this class will introduce children to some of the poses we practise in yoga. Using yoga techniques and philosophy we will encourage fine and gross motor skills development as well as creating a positive space for all that incredible toddler energy!

For all expectant and new parents, Chloe runs weekly Massage Like A Mother classes based at our beautiful HQ studio in Chalkwell. Come and enjoy some much needed relaxation, learn a soft developmental baby massage routine, how to use massage to assist with your baby’s development and also how to relieve tension or discomfort in a fractious baby. There’s always time to chill and chat over a hot cuppa and yummy treats.

TUESDAY MORNINGS:
9.30am-11am

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS:
3pm-4.30pm

These classes are suitable from 6 weeks up to pre crawling age. If you have a newborn and would like to learn The Holding Reassurance Programme, I also offer private and online ‘Welcome to the Hood’ sessions too.

If you have used any of our services at Do It Like A Mother you will be eligible for a discount on the normal price flexible block courses.

Talking Tots @ Do It Like A Mother HQ

A 6 week course suitable for babies aged 4-12 months. A fun and fascinating workshop that introduces you to the early development of communication.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Prep @ Do It Like A Mother HQ
Oct 23 @ 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm

All equipment provided, classes are yoga based postures and movements to help pregnancy be more comfortable, learn tips and techniques to help during pregnancy, for birth and motherhood.  Knowledge is shared that can be used during birth and can compliment other antenatal classes.

– Suitable from 12- 14 weeks pregnant

– Courses are booked as a four week block

– The investment is £44 for 4 weeks

So, if you’d like to feel more comfortable in pregnancy, have time to relax in your busy week, if you’d like to gain trust in your instincts and your capabilities and if you’d like to learn more about birth and connect with other fabulous women then book a place on the next four week block!

Payment is required to secure your place and there are a limited number of spaces to keep the class relaxed and informal.

Postnatal Pilates @ Do it Like a Mother HQ

Postnatal Pilates is a six week follow-on course, designed to be followed after the Introduction to Postnatal Pilates Course.

It’s a full Pilates session where we continue to work on healing the postnatal body and regaining strength, focussing on the abdominals, pelvic floor and posture. Again, we are practising on exercises that strengthen the muscles that we are using most as a mum so that everyday tasks are easier and we have less back pain.

Cake Club @ Do it Like a Mother HQ
Oct 24 @ 12:15 pm – 3:00 pm

Come along with your babies and toddlers for cake, coffee and moral support. Sling advice and hire available as well as infant feeding support and general parenting solidarity. No judgment, just cake.

Free to attend (£2 voluntary donation to cover cost of refreshments)
