Through stories, songs and games, this class will introduce children to some of the poses we practise in yoga. Using yoga techniques and philosophy we will encourage fine and gross motor skills development as well as creating a positive space for all that incredible toddler energy!

Mixed Ability Pilates @ Do it Like a Mother HQ

Our Mixed Ability Pilates classes are exactly that; classes that are suitable for all levels and abilities, even those completely new to Pilates. The classes consist of controlled resistance exercises using body weight and some small equipment. All of the exercises can be modified to suit each individual’s ability and some small adjustments are made if needed just to make sure that the movements are precise so that everyone gets the best from the class.

For all expectant and new parents, Chloe runs weekly Massage Like A Mother classes based at our beautiful HQ studio in Chalkwell. Come and enjoy some much needed relaxation, learn a soft developmental baby massage routine, how to use massage to assist with your baby’s development and also how to relieve tension or discomfort in a fractious baby. There’s always time to chill and chat over a hot cuppa and yummy treats.



These classes are suitable from 6 weeks up to pre crawling age. If you have a newborn and would like to learn The Holding Reassurance Programme, I also offer private and online ‘Welcome to the Hood’ sessions too.

A 6 week course suitable for babies aged 4-12 months. A fun and fascinating workshop that introduces you to the early development of communication.

Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Prep @ Do It Like A Mother HQ

All equipment provided, classes are yoga based postures and movements to help pregnancy be more comfortable, learn tips and techniques to help during pregnancy, for birth and motherhood.  Knowledge is shared that can be used during birth and can compliment other antenatal classes.

– Suitable from 12- 14 weeks pregnant

– Courses are booked as a four week block

– The investment is £44 for 4 weeks

Introduction to Postnatal Pilates @ Do it Like a Mother HQ

Our introduction to postnatal pilates course provides new mums in Essex with a toolkit of various tips to aid them in everyday tasks such as protecting your back when picking baby up.

Each week, there is a different focus point which is relevant to the postnatal body and how to improve things like posture, the pelvic floor etc.  (remember, knowledge is power!) and the idea is that you don’t just come along to Pilates once a week and then leave it there until the next week.

Postnatal Pilates @ Do it Like a Mother HQ

Postnatal Pilates is a six week follow-on course, designed to be followed after the Introduction to Postnatal Pilates Course.

It’s a full Pilates session where we continue to work on healing the postnatal body and regaining strength, focussing on the abdominals, pelvic floor and posture. Again, we are practising on exercises that strengthen the muscles that we are using most as a mum so that everyday tasks are easier and we have less back pain.
