The ultimate experience for both you and your baby. this isn't just any baby massage course.
Our group baby sessions at HQ are small and intimate, with plenty of space to keep everyone safe. Every class begins with some adult relaxation time, where the focus is on the parent getting into a calm and comfortable position. We do some basic breath work, alongside a guided meditation to help create a chilled atmosphere for you and your baby.
As a baby-led class, the timings on this always vary, but you will learn how to use breath to bring your mind and body into a state of relaxation…a tool we think is essential in parenthood!
After some baby massage, we then have time for drinks, cookies and a natter, so it’s a great way to meet other parents and perhaps, make some new friends.
Private 1-2-1 sessions can either take place in your own home setting, or virtually using zoom. You will be asked a series of short questions
prior to this, so that I can be clear on what we cover in the 2 hour session. Private classes also include a guided meditation. Group private sessions are currently only available on zoom, and we will cover the baby basics of massage.
