Personalised Wellbeing Sessions

1:1 support designed to help you navigate the emotional, physical and identity shifts of motherhood.

Motherhood changes everything.

Your time.
Your priorities.
Your body.
Your sense of who you are.

And while so much attention goes to caring for the baby, far less space is given to the transformation happening within you.

Rooted in the science of Matrescence, sleep, movement and modern wellbeing research these one to one session support you to feel more grounded, confident and capable as you enter the next chapter of your life so you can move forward with clearer priorities, make confident decisions, set supportive boundaries and feel more in control of your time, energy and the way you live your life.

Charli is the owner of Do It Like A Mother and the force behind its current chapter.

Over the past six years, she has supported mothers through movement, matrescence education and community, helping women navigate the emotional, physical and identity shifts of motherhood.

Her work blends Pilates, maternal wellbeing, adult sleep science, business leadership and lived motherhood experience to offer support that is both practical and deeply understanding of modern parenthood.

You hold everyone.
It’s time someone held you.

FEEL SUPPORTED

A space to explore who you are NOW and what you need next

Every journey is personal, and the 1:1 support you choose is no different.

Together we create a space where conversation, reflection and body awareness come together to support the whole of you, in whatever area of your life you want to explore.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or striving for perfection.

It’s about understanding what this season of life is asking of you and finding ways to meet it with more support and self-trust, so you can make clearer decisions, set supportive boundaries and create a way of living that actually works for you.

Our work may include exploring:

◯ Mind
Clarity, identity, boundaries and purpose.

◯ Body
Reconnecting with strength, safety and awareness in your body.

◯ Rest
Energy, quality sleep and rhythms that support your wellbeing.

What does support VIA A PRIVATE MESSAGING SPACE look like?

Ongoing support is provided through a private messaging space allowing you to check in, ask questions or share updates whenever it suits you, without needing us to be available at the same time.

You can message as things come up in your day, and I can respond with thoughtful, tailored guidance so you feel supported without needing to wait for your next session.

All conversations are completely private and confidential.

Not sure where to start? Let’s talk.

Sometimes all you need is someone to see you.

Reset sessions – for when you need outside, non-judgmental support.

A short session to use as you’d like to. No agenda, no plans, just simple, non-judgmental support from someone who sees you.

Whatever it is that you need, let me support you.

Don’t need a discovery call?

LET’S START WITH A CONVERSATION

If something 0n this page resonated with you, even slightly, a discovery call is the easiest place to begin.

This is a relaxed 15-minute conversation where we explore where you are right now, what feels challenging, and what kind of support might be most helpful.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything.

Sometimes the conversation itself creates the clarity you’ve been looking for.

During the call we might talk about:

• Where you feel most stretched right now

• A specific area you would like to explore such as sleep or strength

• How motherhood has changed your identity or priorities

• What kind of support would feel most helpful

• Whether one of the 1:1 journeys is the right fit

And if it isn’t, that’s completely fine too. What matters most is that you get the right support, even if that means I point you in the direction of someone else.

The goal is simply to help you feel clearer about what comes next

PART OF THE DO IT LIKE A MOTHER COMMUNITY

These 1:1 support sessions sit within the wider Do It Like A Mother ecosystem.

Many people combine 1:1 support with workshops, meetups or talks, creating support for both mind and body throughout the changing seasons of motherhood.

Feel Stronger.
Feel Steadier.
Feel Held.

And if you need something different, or support beyond this, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

AND Because Parenthood Doesn’t Pause at the Office Door

Whether you’re looking for corporate wellbeing support, or navigating parenthood alongside running a business and feel tailored consultancy could support you – tap below to find out more.

Many of the parents I support say things like…

“I’m overwhelmed and it’s too much, I’m struggling to cope.”

“I’m angry and struggling, no one is hearing me.”

“My kids are now sleeping but I’m not.  They go back to sleep and I lay there awake and drop off just as they wake again.”

“How do I change our habits so they’re healthy for all the family.  I feel like we do the same things all the time but think that some things just don’t help us have a good day.”

“I’m so exhausted – I just need a day off but I don’t know where to even start to get that.”

“Every time I have time to myself I just end up doing chores and never take that time for myself.”

“I shouted at my kids and now I feel awful.  I broke down and cried and I don’t want them to think it’s their fault.”

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN’T)

This work sits somewhere between coaching, education and guided reflection.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not about fixing you.

Instead, it’s a space to explore the real, often unspoken transitions that come with becoming a parent,  the shifts in identity, priorities, relationships and self-understanding that many people experience during their matrescence.

Together we slow things down enough to understand what’s actually happening in your life right now.

From there, we can begin to make intentional choices about how you want to live, work, rest and care for yourself within this new chapter.

This work is:

Reflective

Supportive

Practical

Rooted in both science and lived experience

And most importantly, it recognises that you are not separate from your wellbeing.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This work tends to resonate most with women who:

• are navigating the identity shifts of motherhood

• feel stretched between caring for others and caring for themselves

• want space to think, reflect and recalibrate

• are ready to move from survival mode into something more sustainable

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

This work is probably not the right fit if you’re looking for:

• a quick fix

• rigid step-by-step programmes

• someone to tell you exactly what to do

Instead, these sessions are for women who are ready to explore their experience with curiosity, honesty and compassion.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You simply need a sense that something in your life is asking for attention.
